Many people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They may have already done therapy, personal development, yoga, or deep self-reflection. Yet despite insight and effort, life can still feel effortful, fragmented, or off-course.
This work is for people who want steadiness, clarity, and meaningful change — not endless talking or surface-level wellness.

I offer integrated counselling and coaching that bridges psychological understanding with embodied, relational, and reflective approaches.
My work is psychotherapy-trained and clinically grounded, delivered through a counselling and coaching format appropriate for international and private-pay clients. It is structured, responsive to real life, and focused on integration — so change is not just understood, but felt and sustained.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
This work is contained, thoughtful, and purposeful.
We begin with a thorough assessment to understand what’s happening in your life, what’s contributing to the difficulty, and what you want to change. From there, we establish a clear focus so the work feels grounded and directed.
Some people engage for a focused period during a particular transition or decision point. Others continue over time, meeting less frequently as steadiness returns and checking in as life evolves.
The intention is always to foster real change and growing independence — not ongoing dependence.
