Clinical Therapy
Evidence-Based Psychotherapy for Adults & Couples

I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy via secure Telehealth for adults and couples across Australia. Therapy is a collaborative process that supports nervous system regulation, recovery from trauma, and exploration of the patterns, relationships, and transitions that shape wellbeing.

Areas of Focus

  • Trauma recovery and post-traumatic growth

  • Anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and stress

  • Life transitions, identity exploration, and grief

  • Relationship patterns, boundaries, and attachment wounds

  • Intimacy, desire, and sexual healing

  • Nervous system overwhelm and burnout

  • Disconnection from purpose, body, or spirit

Approach & Modalities
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and psychotherapist, I integrate:

  • Evidence-based therapies: CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy

  • Mindfulness-based interventions

  • Somatic awareness, breathwork, and expressive practices

This blend of clinical psychology methods with holistic, body-based approaches supports whole-person healing. While many people search for a psychologist, my training and practice provide the same depth of evidence-based interventions, with additional focus on integration, holistic wellness and lived experience.

Investment

  • Individuals — $210 AUD per 50-minute session

    • Medicare rebate: $82.30 (with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan)

    • Out-of-pocket: $127.70 AUD

  • Couples — $240 AUD per 50-minute session
(Medicare rebates do not apply to couples therapy)

  • Therapy: Available to Australian residents only, via Telehealth. Eligible clients may access Medicare rebates or NDIS funding.

  • Coaching & Supervision: Available worldwide.
