Who this work is for

This work is for adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and functional on the surface, yet finding that insight alone hasn’t translated into steadiness or change.

People come to this work during periods of anxiety, low mood, relational strain, prolonged stress, or when familiar patterns are being re-triggered by life circumstances such as relocation, illness, loss, or sustained uncertainty.

I work with clients internationally, including those living abroad or moving between places, where continuity, grounding, and clear structure matter.

How I work

This is psychotherapy-informed counselling and coaching, shaped by what is actually happening in your life.

At times, the work focuses on emotional processing, nervous-system regulation, and understanding patterns shaped by experience. At other times, the work is more directional — integrating insight into daily life, decision-making, and practical next steps.

The work is:

  • structured and contained

  • responsive to real-world pressures

  • focused on integration rather than endless exploration

For international clients, this work does not include diagnosis, treatment planning, or crisis care.

Areas commonly worked with

  • anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm

  • relational patterns and attachment strain

  • stress, burnout, and nervous-system dysregulation

  • identity shifts following relocation, illness, or loss

  • feeling stuck despite insight or prior therapy

(These are examples, not a checklist.)
